Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in the institutional asset management industry, with deep expertise serving the North American pension marketplace.
• Strong investment acumen across public and private asset classes and the ability to engage credibly on investment strategies.
• Proven leadership recruiting, developing, and managing institutional sales and relationship teams.
• Collaborates effectively across a complex organization to deliver coordinated client solutions.
• Exceptional business development and communication skills with executive-level relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American pension strategy across public and private markets.
• Manage and deepen relationships with strategic pension clients and prospects.
• Lead and develop a high-performing North American pension team.
