Securian Financial’s Institutional Retirement Solutions team seeks an experienced retirement professional to shape and grow its Longevity offerings, including Deferred PRT, PRT buy-ins, and defined contribution guaranteed income. You will bridge pension technicals with business strategy, partnering across Actuarial, Law, Operations, and Distribution to advance new opportunities.

Competenze

• Significant experience with defined benefit pension plans and/or Pension Risk Transfer; knowledge of complex plan provisions and their implications for product structure, pricing, administration, and contracts.
• Experience in PRT, pension consulting, actuarial, retirement product development, institutional retirement, or related field.
• Ability to interpret complex pension issues and translate them into practical product decisions.
• Ability to partner with Actuarial, Law, Operations, and Technology while aligning with business objectives.

Mansioni

• Apply DB pension expertise to evaluate PRT new business, plan provisions, product fit, and administrative implications in partnership with Actuarial, Operations, and Law.
• Serve as PRT and DB domain resource for complex opportunities and translate pension considerations into business decisions.
• Support evolution and expansion of Longevity portfolio: Deferred PRT, PRT buy-ins, defined contribution guaranteed income, and other Longevity solutions.
• Lead market and product research, competitive analysis, and business-case development for Longevity opportunities.
• Define product requirements and structures with actuarial feasibility, pricing, and contractual implementation guidance.
• Develop repeatable product knowledge, standards, and guidance for scalable operations.
