Job summary

MeeDerby seeks a visionary Vice President of Payroll and Billing Operations to lead end-to-end payroll, billing and revenue operations for a fast-growing healthcare workforce solution provider. You will oversee time capture, workforce administration and support functions across U.S. and offshore teams.

The role demands deep expertise in pay/bill, systems knowledge, and a track record of building scalable, compliant operations in a private-equity-backed growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or contingent labor industries.
• 5+ years leading multi-functional pay/bill/revenue operations teams.
• Experience managing offshore and domestic operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, billing, timekeeping, revenue cycle, and shared services operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll, billing, revenue operations, time capture, and workforce administration.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
