Job summary

Strong financial acumen and leadership are essential. Reporting to the CFO, this role focuses on accuracy, timely clinician pay, customer billing, cash acceleration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Experience leading pay/bill/revenue operations in healthcare staffing or contingent labor.
• Proven ability to manage offshore and domestic teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll, billing, and revenue operations for healthcare staffing.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and service-level accountability.
