• 6+ years of enterprise backend development with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Expert-level Java and Spring Boot with production-grade microservices experience.
• Deep knowledge of microservice architecture, DDD, and event-driven patterns.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Strong use of Clean Code and SOLID principles in production code.
• Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of payment applications from design to production support.
• Design high-throughput microservices with Java 8+ and Spring Boot in cloud-native setups.
• Champion modern architectures including DDD, event-driven patterns, and containers.
• Mentor a cross-functional team, enforcing coding standards and reviews.
• Integrate AI-powered tooling into development and testing workflows.
• Architect for 99.99% availability with active-active failover and multi-region design.
• Define SLAs/SLOs/SLIs and collaborate on observability and traffic management.
