Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in Payments Data & Analytics to shape how products are delivered to customers. You will lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and coordinate with federated teams to deliver impactful data solutions.

In this role you will partner with engineering leads, manage roadmaps, assess new data sources, and drive change management while ensuring compliance and timely delivery across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience with end-to-end software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
• Working understanding of data platforms and ETL pipelines.
• Stakeholder and client success management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery with Federated teams and onboarding.
• Partner with Engineering leads to create a smooth onboarding on the platform.
• Manage roadmaps and articulate benefits and outcomes.
• Understand new data sources and data products onboarding.
• Oversee change management and ensure compliance across partners and functions.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and reporting.
