Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager for the Proprietary Wallets team in New York. You will drive 0-1 development efforts within a large organization, align cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of payment platform features.

You will partner with Agility Leads, Product Owners, and Engineering Leads to scale agile practices, manage risks, and maintain a clear product roadmap. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management with change readiness experience.
• Expert in JIRA/Jira Align and Confluence.
• Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices and product delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with industry-first (digital payments) products preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product portfolio progress and escalate risks to stakeholders.
• Assess dependencies and risks across the delivery lifecycle.
• Use storytelling to convey results and upcoming focus areas.
• Navigate a matrixed org and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure data quality in systems of record (JIRA, JIRA Align).
• Scale best practices with Agility Office and improve agile processes.
• Lead agile metrics, planning, reporting, and interpretation of metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of area product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across enterprise and lines of business.
• Manage intake requests, prioritization, dependencies, and risks.
