Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in mortgage banking, capital markets, or analytical roles.
• Experience with process improvement and product deployment in banking.
• End-to-end process management and efficiency improvements.
• Strong project leadership and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across levels.
• Proficiency with data analytics and automation tools and project/change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead change execution for a portfolio of strategic initiatives with governance and readiness outcomes.
• Establish execution standards, plans, milestones, tollgates, and risk management across stakeholders.
• Track deliverables with clear ownership, due dates, and closure discipline.
• Build relationships with Product, Sales, Implementations, Onboarding, Service, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Controls.
• Facilitate senior-level discussions to align priorities and secure decisions.
