Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Change Execution Management Lead–VP to drive transformational change across a portfolio of strategic initiatives within the Payments team. You will convert priorities into actionable plans, align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Onboarding, Service, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Controls, and manage risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
Experience in mortgage banking, capital markets, investor eligibility, or related analytical work.
End-to-end process management with cross-functional delivery and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead change execution for a portfolio of strategic initiatives with governance and readiness outcomes.
Establish execution standards, tollgates, risk and dependency management across stakeholders.
Drive delivery by tracking deliverables, ownership, and due dates.
Build relationships with Product, Sales, Implementations, Onboarding, Service, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk.
Own reporting to executives, and run governance forums and tollgates with documented outcomes.
