Job summary

Valeris, a leading life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a VP of Patient Support Services to design and scale patient access programs for biopharma clients. The role oversees HUB operations, copay and affordability services, and patient support with a focus on compliance and client outcomes.

You will lead senior teams, drive performance, and collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Finance to optimize patient experiences and program profitability. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; MBA/MHA preferred.
• 10+ years leading patient support services, HUB operations, or pharma services.
• Proven success managing multi-client programs in third-party HUB environments.
• Deep knowledge of patient access, reimbursement models, and pharmaceutical commercialization.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for HUB, copay, and patient affordability programs across biopharma partners.
• Lead senior directors and program managers to deliver client programs on time and within budget.
• Partner with technology and analytics to leverage data for decision-making and optimization.
• Drive compliance with HIPAA, FDA, OIG, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and pricing discussions with Finance.
