Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a dedicated patient-support team and guide the program to better help patients access complex medications.

You will provide senior-level program knowledge to clients, ensuring service delivery aligns with contract requirements and drives measurable results. Strong leadership, healthcare experience, and bilingual abilities are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Previous personnel/team management experience is required, experience managing managers is a plus.
• Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and commercialization of products is a plus.
• Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team delivering an exceptional patient experience.
• Consult with clients as the program knowledge expert to optimize impact for continued patient support.
• Oversee program operations to meet client service level goals and manage service requests.
• Develop and retain talent through hiring, training and development.
• Prepare client business reviews and provide data-driven insights.
