Job summary

Experts Group International in Kansas is seeking an experienced VP of Operations to lead metal manufacturing across two US facilities. This senior role carries full P&L responsibility and reports to the Americas leadership team.

You will drive profitability, establish standards and governance, develop site leadership, and partner with supply chain, engineering and commercial teams to meet customer commitments while embedding safety and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven multi-site operational leadership — P&L responsibility essential.
• Metal manufacturing background required (machining, stamping, fabrication, welding, foundry or similar).
• Track record of delivering profitability and performance improvements.
• Experience leading large, complex organisations (500+ HC).
• Strong commercial acumen — able to manage customer relationships at a senior level.
• Decisive, resilient, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership across two manufacturing sites.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, and profitability improvements across both locations.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable all site leadership teams.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver customer commitments.
• Identify and execute cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Champion a strong safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture.
• Support business growth — managing capacity, investment, and workforce planning.
• Act as a key member of the Americas senior leadership team.
