Job summary

Jobot partners with a global metals manufacturer to hire a Supply Chain Manager who will lead the flagship U.S. site, owning planning, scheduling, inventory, and materials flow with executive visibility.

Open to relocation, you’ll align North American plant operations with corporate leadership, drive KPIs for fulfillment and cost control, and mentor a team of 8 direct and ~16 indirect reports across planning and materials. SAP is preferred, and a strong benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain management with multi-site experience.
• Experience in metals or industrial manufacturing like steel, aluminum, copper.

Responsibilities

• Lead all supply chain activities at a flagship U.S. manufacturing site including planning, scheduling, inventory, and materials flow.
• Collaborate directly with other plants and corporate leadership across North America to ensure alignment and results.
• Build, coach, and scale a team: 8 direct and ~16 indirect reports across planning and materials.
• Translate SOPs and lean initiatives into on-the-ground execution and monitor KPIs tied to fulfillment and cost.
