Job summary

Experts Group International in Kansas is seeking an experienced VP of Operations to lead metal manufacturing across two US facilities. This senior role carries full P&L responsibility and reports to the Americas leadership team.

You will drive profitability, establish standards and governance, develop site leadership, and partner with supply chain, engineering and commercial teams to meet customer commitments while embedding safety and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Proven multi-site operational leadership — P&L responsibility essential.
  • Metal manufacturing background required (machining, stamping, fabrication, welding, foundry or similar).
  • Track record of delivering profitability and performance improvements.
  • Experience leading large, complex organisations (500+ HC).
  • Strong commercial acumen — able to manage customer relationships at a senior level.
  • Decisive, resilient, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA advantageous.
