Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners seeks a Plant Manager to lead two MN metal fabrication sites during a period of rapid growth. This leader will oversee daily operations and develop people, processes and operating plans to support scale.

You will supervise cross-functional teams, drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity, and partner with engineering, quality, sales and leadership to execute major launches and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing leadership experience in metal fabrication or a closely related environment.
• Experience leading supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success leading growth, operational change or backlog recovery.
• Positive, credible and hands-on leadership style.
• Knowledge of processes such as laser cutting, forming, welding, machining, finishing or assembly.

We are partnering with a metal fab clientseeking a Plant Manager to lead two sites in MN. These facilities are entering a significant period of growth, so this person will need to be comfortable with the pace of scaling the sites quickly.

This leader will oversee daily operations across both locations while developing the people, processes and operating plans needed to support continued growth.
