RRD is seeking a VP of Operations to lead the Monroe, WI facility and drive safety, quality, and productivity while managing P&L and budgets. You will shape strategic plans, mentor leaders, and collaborate with Sales to expand the customer base.

This executive role requires a track record in manufacturing leadership, strong communication, and the ability to operate across functions to achieve corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Graphic Arts, or related field.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Demonstrated quality orientation and productivity improvement.
• Proven ability to teach and mentor staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Monroe, WI plant to improve safety, quality, productivity and reduce costs.
• P&L responsibility for the location including capital and operating budgets.
• Develop employees through formal training and education programs.
• Guide department managers on continual improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales to maintain and grow customer base from operations.
• Review manufacturing performance and drive action to address issues affecting quality, safety or efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, EEO, and other regulations.
• Provide plant performance reports to Corporate staff.
• Make staffing and promotion recommendations for plant personnel.
• Motivate staff to meet production goals and schedules.
• Support continual process improvements to exceed customer expectations.
