RRD is seeking a Vice President - Operations to lead the Monroe, WI facility. The role provides executive leadership to develop plans that improve safety, quality, productivity and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial management, engineering, graphic arts or related field required.
• 10+ years of diversified management experience in manufacturing, preferably in print/packaging.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant to improve safety, quality, productivity and waste reduction continually.
• P&L responsibility for locations, including budgeting and capital planning.
• Develop employees through leadership, education and training initiatives.
• Guide department managers in ongoing operations improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales to maintain and acquire customers from operations perspective.
• Review manufacturing activities and drive problem solving to meet targets.
• Maintain open communication with plant staff and Corporate.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, EEO and other regulations.
• Provide performance reports to Corporate and stakeholders.
• Make recommendations on hires, terminations, promotions and transfers.
• Motivate staff to meet production goals and schedules.
• Commit to continual process improvement to exceed customer expectations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
