RRD is seeking a VP - Operations to lead the Monroe, WI facility with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. You will direct plant strategy, oversee budgets, and mentor a diverse team to exceed customer expectations while maintaining corporate goals.

The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and a hands-on approach to process improvement and governance. Onsite work in Monroe, WI is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Graphic Arts, or related field.
• 10+ years of diversified management experience in manufacturing, preferably print/labels/packaging.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive continual improvement.
• Onsite work required in Monroe, WI.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership to improve safety, quality, productivity and financial success.
• Own P&L for assigned locations and manage capital/operational budgets.
• Develop employees and drive training to enhance performance.
• Guide department managers in continual operations improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales from an operations perspective to grow customers.
• Review manufacturing activities and drive action to remove production barriers.
• Report plant performance to Corporate Staff and ensure compliance with regs.
