Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Vice President of Clinic Operations to lead ambulatory clinics from our Sandy HQ. You will drive financial performance, patient access, and nursing workflow while ensuring a safe, compassionate experience for patients and families.

The role requires 10+ years of multi-site healthcare leadership, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and strong budgeting and KPI skills. Expect travel across states and close collaboration with HR and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of multi-site operations leadership in healthcare.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and financial performance across ambulatory sites.
• Develop and execute budgets, ROI analyses, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Supervise Regional Operations Directors and staff; ensure patient access and nursing workflows.
• Prepare reports and KPIs; drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and staff development; travel as needed.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations.
