Vitality Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership over hospice operations, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary teams. This in-person, full-time role will drive operational excellence and patient-centered care across offices and patient homes.

The ideal leader has hospice or healthcare operations experience, excels in communication, and can build strong teams while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospice or healthcare operations.
• Experience managing interdisciplinary teams and daily operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of daily hospice operations.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and organizational performance.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams including nursing, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and staff.
• Ensure Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource management to optimize costs.
• Foster collaboration with referral sources and community partners.
