Job summary

Citi seeks an On Card Lend Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst to shape Balance Transfer and Flex Loan experiences. You will analyze product performance and partner with decision management, analytics, marketing, digital, risk, and operations to improve customer experience and drive measurable results.

Reporting to the On Card Lend Business Head, you will own the product roadmap and lead cross-functional initiatives, supporting senior leadership with updates.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of product management or cross-functional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills to source, analyze and distill data into insights.
• Execution and results oriented with a drive to improve.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Strong relationship-building in a matrix organization.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understand Balance Transfer & Flex Loan product needs and customer experience.
• Review dashboards and support performance monitoring across channels.
• Integrate digital funnel analytics and customer journey insights to improve conversion.
• Manage product roadmap with cross-functional awareness and alignment.
• Lead control initiatives to design, implement, and maintain robust controls.
• Lead optimization to expand eligible population and improve conversion/NPS.
• Prepare presentations for updates with senior management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Analytics, Marketing and Digital to execute priorities.
• Support ad hoc requests from management.
