Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a Product Manager for the Balance Transfer & Flex Loan product.

You will understand customer needs, monitor performance dashboards, and drive a seamless customer experience through data-driven insights and a well–defined roadmap. Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Analytics, Marketing and Digital; lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure compliance, optimize conversion and NPS, and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of product management, product development or similar cross-functional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to source, analyze and distill data into insights
• Execution and results oriented with a desire to drive change and continuous improvement
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Relationship building skills and ability to partner with a large cross-functional team to drive results in a matrixed environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Obtain understanding of Balance Transfer & Flex Loan product, including customer needs and competitive environment
• Review dashboards and support performance monitoring to ensure product operates as intended
• Integrate digital funnel analytics and insights to identify friction and drive conversion
• Manage product roadmap with cross-functional awareness and alignment with partners
• Lead control initiatives to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Lead optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and NPS
• Coordinate and prepare presentations for updates with senior management
• Work with Finance, Risk, Analytics, Marketing and Digital to execute priorities
• Support ad hoc requests from management as needed
