Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product management or similar cross-functional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance to drive strategy for Balance Transfer and Flex Loan.
• Partner with Decision Management, Analytics, Marketing, Digital, Risk and Operations.
• Review dashboards and support performance monitoring and conversions.
• Manage product roadmap and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare updates for senior management and partners.
