NielsenIQ is seeking a VP level leader for its Omni Solutions with a focus on driving revenue growth and client expansion across the US. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, partner with product, consulting, and client success to deliver complex, consultative solutions in FMCG and Retail.

You will shape go-to-market strategy, coach sellers in value-based selling, and elevate how NIQ positions its Omni capabilities in the market.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of consultative sales experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 5+ years of market research experience with consumer data.
• Experience selling into FMCG, Retail, or related verticals.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying sellers focused on Omni solutions.
• Own and deliver against team revenue targets with accurate forecasting.
• Drive pipeline generation and disciplined sales execution across all stages.
• Develop proposals and narratives aligning NIQ solutions to client challenges.
