The role focuses on executive leadership for the Miami-Dade HCV Program, ensuring regulatory compliance, high service delivery, and strong partnerships with housing authorities and HUD. You will drive program innovation and equity-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with progressive leadership experience in housing or community development.
• Deep knowledge of Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) operations and LIHTC/funding.
• Proven ability to drive strategy, manage partnerships, and lead complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for Miami-Dade voucher programs and growth.
• Oversee HCV, PBV, and rental assistance operations with strong compliance.
• Build and sustain relationships with housing authorities, HUD, and partners.
• Lead organizational development, budgeting, and staffing for voucher initiatives.
• Champion resident-centered design and accountable performance across programs.
