Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with at least five years of supervisory experience.
• At least four years in administration of housing programs.
• Senior-level leadership in affordable housing or voucher administration.
• Deep understanding of HCV operations, regulatory frameworks, landlord engagement.
• Experience with HUD programs and LIHTC structures.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to equity, resident voice, and community-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a strategic vision for affordable housing and voucher initiatives.
