Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Operations, COO, Transformation or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership in a matrixed setup.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation in financial services.
• Strong operating model design, governance and execution discipline.
• Influences senior stakeholders with data-driven insight.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
