Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President to lead Transformation, Metrics & Analytics within CMCPR. This role shapes the department's automation agenda, operating model, governance, and portfolio management to support scale, efficiency, and risk management across Wealth Management Operations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in operations/strategy, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering large-scale transformation in financial services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Business Management, COO, Transformation, Strategy, Consulting, Program Management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives within complex financial services organizations.
• Strong understanding of operating model design, governance frameworks, organizational effectiveness, and execution management.
• Experience establishing and managing transformation portfolios, executive governance structures, and performance management disciplines.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills with experience preparing materials for senior leadership audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CMCPR transformation strategy and execution with alignment to WM Operations priorities and global goals.
• Oversee transformation portfolio including strategic initiatives, automation programs, operating model improvements, and benefits realization.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, risk management, and capacity through process redesign and technology enablement.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies like workflow automation, GenAI, and intelligent document processing.
