Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills.
• Extensive experience translating business needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in complex organizations.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Strategy, Transformation, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and across the Firm on strategic initiatives.
• Lead a significant set of deliverables with Finance domain expertise.
• Identify emerging risks and contribute mitigation strategies.
• Represent Finance in stakeholder discussions and decision making.
• Drive strategic transformation to simplify and modernize processes, data, reporting, and technology.
• Partner with Technology and Operations to translate priorities into solutions.
• Develop deep understanding of Wealth Management Finance processes and drivers.
• Evaluate new initiatives and assess implications, dependencies and capabilities.
• Oversee requirements definition, design, testing, and readiness.
