Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of analytics experience in financial services.
3–5+ years leading teams and/or large cross-functional analytics programs.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, including 5+ years of hands-on data analysis and insight generation.
Extensive BI experience with reporting/automation; experience with Tableau and big data platforms (Dataiku, Snowflake, Hadoop, Salesforce).
High accuracy and ability to present complex information clearly to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted analytics lead for Financial Planning; align analytics priorities with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
Define roadmap to unify planning activity data and client/advisor insights across platforms.
Establish scalable analytics models and deliver core performance reporting and dashboards.
Standardize KPI definitions, integrate disparate data sources, and develop dynamic data assets.
Lead and mentor analytics team and offshore resources with a focus on quality and timeliness.
Collaborate with Legal/Compliance/Operational Risk to implement governance for data access and reporting.
