Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, product management, management consulting, or related field.
Financial services experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology or transformation initiatives.
Experience partnering with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute technology and data strategies aligned with broader business priorities.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Translate complex business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption.
Drive process standardization and automation across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and other corporate functions.
Improve how data is captured, organized, analyzed, and leveraged across the organization.
Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and frameworks that turn data into actionable insights.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools.
Drive adoption of new platforms and processes across business teams.
