Keller Executive Search is conducting a search for a Vice President of Business Transformation to guide enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance scalability, technology adoption, operating efficiency, and cross-functional performance. Based in New York, this role partners with executive teams to drive measurable change across operations, finance, and technology.

The ideal candidate has a track record of leading large-scale transformation programs, strong governance, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, technology, or related field.
Significant experience leading enterprise transformation or operational improvement programs.
Proven success managing technology-enabled change across complex organizations.
Strong program governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead a company-wide business transformation roadmap.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve margins, and strengthen service delivery.
Oversee process redesign, systems implementation, and organizational change initiatives.
Develop performance measures for major transformation programs.
Partner with commercial, creative, production, finance, and technology leaders.
Build adoption plans and maintain clear communication throughout periods of change.
