Reporting to the CEO, you will shape architecture, governance, and operational excellence across the engineering organization, while delivering measurable business value and sustained growth.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, engineering, architecture, or related leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Define technology strategy and drive execution.
• Lead architecture, modernization, and scale of cloud, data platforms, and applications.
• Build and lead high-performing engineering and data teams across a distributed organization.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve workflows and decision-making.
• Measure engineering KPIs and ensure delivery reliability, security, and quality.
