Page Executive is seeking a Vice President Head of Global IT to lead the global IT strategy and technology roadmap across manufacturing and related sectors. You will oversee secure, scalable infrastructure, enterprise cybersecurity, governance, risk management, and supplier relations while driving digital transformations including SAP optimization, automation, and AI initiatives.

The role requires deep leadership across regions, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to align technology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related required.
Masters or MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in IT leadership across multiple regions or globally.
5 years of experience managing SAP and large transformation programs.
Experience in manufacturing and industrial sectors is required.
Strategic leadership with vision and execution across regions and cultures.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management and enterprise architecture.
SAP expertise.
Proven track record in cybersecurity governance, cloud migrations, and automation/AI scale.
Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, contract management and cost optimization.
Ability to influence through stakeholder management and executive communications.
Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global IT strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
Ensure reliable, secure, scalable infrastructure across cloud, network, workplace, and endpoints.
Oversee service availability, disaster recovery, and operational performance.
Manage strategic technology vendors, contracts, and IT budget.
Lead cybersecurity, governance, risk management, and compliance programs.
Protect data and digital assets through security controls and monitoring.
Ensure regulatory compliance and a security-first culture.
Oversee incident response, threat management, and information governance.
Drive SAP optimization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Identify and prioritize digital initiatives to improve productivity and customer experience.
Establish governance and standards for automation and emerging technologies.
Deliver measurable business value from technology investments.
Define data strategy, governance, and data quality standards.
Build analytics capabilities for informed decision-making and insights.
Promote self-service reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven BI.
Foster a data-driven culture across the enterprise.
Lead and develop a global IT organization, including shared services and offshore operations.
Establish scalable operating models, service management processes, and workforce development.
Drive operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Optimize technology spending and vendor performance.
Partner with executives to align technology with strategic objectives.
Lead digital transformation programs and enterprise change management.
Oversee technology portfolios, investment prioritization, and delivery governance.
Develop and retain high-performing global technology teams.
Communicate strategy, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and Board.
