Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a forward-thinking Director of AI, Business Intelligence & Automation to accelerate AI adoption across our multi-property portfolio and corporate functions. You will shape strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and translate complex challenges into practical AI solutions.

In this role, you will design AI-enabled reporting, automate workflows, and drive measurable improvements in reporting accuracy, operations, and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years in BI, AI implementation, automation, or digital transformation.
Hands-on with automated reporting, dashboards, or BI solutions.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
Knowledge of data integration, APIs, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and implement AI technologies to improve processes.
Develop AI-enabled reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Automate workflows to reduce manual reporting and improve data accuracy.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Revenue, Sales, HR, and other functions.
Lead projects from discovery through implementation and adoption.
