SKG Consulting seeks a Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer who blends AI leadership with hospitality technology security. You will architect AI platforms, while owning threat defense, incident response, and governance across PMS, POS, and IoT ecosystems.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, secure-by-design practices, and collaboration with AI and security teams to protect guest experience and operations in a multi-property environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and ongoing education in AI and cybersecurity are required.
• Hands-on experience securing PMS, POS, and hospitality platforms is preferred.
• Proven track record delivering integrated AI and security programs in hospitality tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy across internal operations and hospitality products.
• Design and operate a hospitality-specific cybersecurity program aligned with standards.
• Lead convergence of AI and security operations with governance and risk management.
• Own security architecture for the hospitality tech stack and vendor onboarding.
• Develop and rehearse incident response playbooks for hospitality scenarios.
• Lead executive stakeholder communications on AI opportunity and cyber risk.
