Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, or related functions at an executive level.
• Experience overseeing enterprise applications, technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, data capabilities, and complex vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies, governance, and implementation.
• Hospitality, tourism, retail, entertainment, or consumer-facing business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology strategy and roadmap aligned with Biltmore's objectives.
• Lead digital guest experience initiatives across discovery, reservations, purchasing, arrival, and post-visit engagement.
• Develop and govern an enterprise AI strategy, prioritizing value, feasibility, and risk.
• Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise systems for reliability and security.
• Partner with leaders to translate data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive organizational change, vendor management, and governance to maximize business value.
