Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in the Americas seeks a Vice President of Technical Operations to lead STACK’s data center operations. This executive will develop, enhance, and govern the Playbook to drive consistency, governance, productivity, and efficiency across the portfolio.

You will lead the operations team, champion safety and candor, drive maintenance standards, and partner with IT, Construction, and Engineering to improve uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ progressively responsible leadership in data center critical operations.
• Experience leading data center operations programs in large hyperscale environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders across complex, dispersed organizations.
• Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing CMMS and BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Technical Operations team as STACK’s center of excellence for operations technologies.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to evolve the Technical Operations program.
• Drive maintenance, quality control, and safety process changes to improve uptime.
• Develop and govern facility maintenance programs, SOPs, and EOPs across data centers.
• Lead event management, root cause analysis, and training for critical operations.
