Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Vice President of Technical Operations to lead data center operations across the Americas, developing and governing the maintenance and operations playbooks, safety programs, and reliability initiatives. You will champion STACK’s core values of Safety, Team, Availability, Communication, and Knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible leadership in data center critical operations.
• Experience leading data center operations programs within large hyperscale environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Technical Operations team as STACK’s center of excellence for operations technologies.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to evolve the Technical Operations program.
• Drive maintenance, quality control, and safety process changes to improve productivity.
• Ensure MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs are developed, reviewed, and audited.
• Develop and deliver training for data center critical operations team.
• Lead event management and root cause analyses.
