Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE (STACK) is seeking a Vice President of Technical Operations to lead data center operations across the Americas, shaping maintenance programs and governance. The role drives safety, efficiency, and reliability while coaching a center of excellence for operations technologies.

The candidate will collaborate with senior leadership, define standards, and oversee training and incident management to scale STACK’s critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data center critical operations.
• Experience building and scaling hyperscale data center programs.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders through collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Experience evaluating CMMS and BMS systems.
• Strong presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Technical Operations team.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to evolve programs.
• Champion safety, transparency, and candor.
• Define maintenance standards and governance.
• Develop and audit MOPs, SOPs, EOPs.
• Lead incident management and root‑cause analysis.
• Develop training for data center operations.
