Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks a Vice President of Technical Operations to lead data centers across the Americas. You will champion the playbook, safety, and efficiency, directing maintenance, asset management, and availability programs.

This role reports to the SVP of Operations and requires shaping policies, standards, and training. Must have 10+ years in data center leadership, hyperscale ops experience, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data center critical operations in large scale environments.
• Experience building and guiding operations programs for hyperscale facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Technical Operations team as STACK’s center of excellence for operations technologies, workforce development, maintenance, asset management, and availability programs.
• Drive governance, safety, and process changes to improve productivity and effectiveness.
• Develop and govern maintenance programs, SOPs, and training for data center critical functions.
• Partner with Learning & Development to deliver technical training for the ops team.
• Lead event management, root cause analyses, and documentation of tools/processes.
