Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Vice President of Technical Operations to lead data center operations across the Americas portfolio and to develop, enhance, and support the maintenance programs that drive consistency, governance, and efficiency.

As a member of STACK’s Operations leadership, you will champion safety, teamwork, and cross‑functional collaboration while coaching a center of excellence for operations technologies and asset management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data center operations teams.
• Experience with hyperscale or large-scale data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to influence executives and coordinate across dispersed teams.
• Experience evaluating CMMS and BMS systems.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Technical Operations team as STACK’s center of excellence for operations technologies, maintenance, asset management, and availability programs.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to evolve the Technical Operations program.
• Champion safety, transparency, and candor across the organization.
• Develop and implement maintenance standards and safety processes for data centers.
• Govern facility maintenance programs and equipment operation.
• Deliver training for data center critical operations staff.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis processes.
