Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Vice President of Technical Operations to oversee data centers across the Americas. This role drives maintenance programs, governance, and continuous improvement, championing safety, transparency, and performance.

The VP will report to the SVP of Operations and partner across functions to scale STACK’s critical facilities operations. You will lead a team, shape playbooks, and drive programs that reduce risk and increase efficiency in a rapidly growing

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data center critical operations.
• Experience leading data center operations programs with hyperscale environments.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through collaboration.
• Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing CMMS and BMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Technical Operations team as STACK’s center of excellence for operations technologies and maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to evolve the Technical Operations program.
• Drive safety, transparency, and candor across the organization.
• Develop and implement maintenance standards and governance for data center infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development and SMEs to train teams on critical operations tools and processes.
