Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE seeks a Vice President of Technical Operations to direct data center programs across the Americas. You will build a scalable ops playbook, govern safety and maintenance, and partner with executive teams to drive governance and efficiency.

You will lead critical operations teams, develop standards, and champion safety and knowledge sharing while traveling up to 50% to STACK sites in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ progressively responsible leadership in data center critical operations.
• Experience leading data center operations programs with large hyperscale operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s preferred.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead across complex, dispersed orgs.
• Experience evaluating and managing CMMS and BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Technical Operations team as STACK’s center of excellence.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to evolve the Technical Operations program.
• Develop and implement maintenance, quality, safety policies and processes.
• Govern facility maintenance programs and equipment/system operation.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis processes.
