Qualifications

• 15+ years of federal technology leadership and strategy experience.
• Proven ability to translate technology strategy into growth and contracts.
• Experience supporting Growth, Capture, and major proposals.
• Deep knowledge of Health and Defense missions, acquisition environment, and competition.
• Strong executive communication with customers, partners, and senior leadership.
• Experience with federal Health, Defense, or National Security customers preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise technology roadmap aligned to growth objectives.
• Direct the innovation agenda including pilots and rapid prototyping.
• Govern architectures with Growth to embed technology into bids and proposals.
• Lead technology strategy, architects, and external experts.
• Establish partnerships to strengthen capabilities and posture.
• Monitor competitor technology investments and market positioning.
• Champion responsible AI adoption across DLH delivery environments.
• Represent DLH’s technology voice in forums and thought leadership.
