Job summary

MDLinx, a leading healthcare technology platform, seeks a Vice President of Technology and Product to drive AI-driven personalization and platform strategy. You will guide architecture, data strategy, and collaboration with product, editorial, sales, and marketing teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will lead AI/ML initiatives, build an experimentation culture, and oversee a team of engineers across autonomous pods, delivering rapid MVPs while ensuring HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing engineering teams.
• Proven track record in digital publishing, healthcare technology, or related sectors.
• Experience scaling platforms serving millions of users with high availability requirements.
• Demonstrated success in AI/ML implementation and rapid prototyping initiatives.
• Background in building experimentation frameworks and data-driven product development.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap with a focus on AI-driven personalization and content intelligence.
• Champion rapid prototyping and experimentation culture across engineering and product teams.
• Partner with Product, Editorial, Sales, and Marketing to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives for content curation, recommendation engines, and predictive physician engagement.
• Establish an experimentation framework with an A/B testing infrastructure and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to accelerate feature development and MVP validation.
• Build robust platforms enabling healthcare professional engagement and omnichannel experiences.
• Architect first-party data infrastructure and scalable APIs for partner integrations.
• Ensure platform security, HIPAA compliance, and high-availability across services.
• Foster a high-velocity engineering organization with cross-functional pods and strong HR partnerships.
