Job summary

Visionaire Partners seeks a seasoned engineering leader to drive high-growth SaaS initiatives and operational excellence. You will remove bottlenecks across the SDLC, align technology investments with ROI, and act as a force multiplier in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include enabling the CTO, elevating delivery with DORA metrics and CI/CD maturity, and guiding cloud infrastructure and security postures. Travel and hybrid office presence are expected as part of leadership coverage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in growth-stage SaaS or PE-backed settings.
• Experience leading 40+ person engineering/software teams with hands-on mentorship.
• Fluency with modern cloud stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and architecture redesign.
• Ability to tie technical work to revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• CTO enablement: advise on org design, P&L, and strategic roadmaps.
• Engineering excellence: drive delivery using DORA metrics, CI/CD maturity, QA automation.
• Cloud and security: optimize infra for scale and cost; ensure SOC 2 and GDPR readiness.
• Post-acquisition tech alignment and global distributed team modeling.
