Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering with 10 years of related experience, or 8 years with Graduate Degree; in lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership in defense, aerospace, or national security sectors.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning: Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, including goal setting and resource allocation, with research, analysis and recommendations for growth.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor DoD acquisition trends, funding pathways, and competitive landscapes to inform market positioning and growth plans.
• Capture & Growth: Assist segments on complex capture strategies for major programs and identify opportunities for growth via investment, M&A or strategic alliances.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Business Development, Government Relations, Engineering, and Business Strategy to align roadmaps with mission needs and warfighter requirements.
