Clarivate seeks a Vice President, Teaching & Learning to shape and scale onCourse, our AI-native platform for higher education. Drive growth by combining market insight with university relationships, data assets, and global reach while leading cross‑functional teams across sales, product, and technology.

You will own the revenue plan, market strategy, and roadmap priorities, working with design partners and early adopters to drive adoption and commercial success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in higher education technology or related markets.
• 5+ years leading a business unit or product strategy.
• Experience launching, repositioning, or scaling disruptive software.
• Experience owning go-to-market and pricing strategy.
• Experience working with higher education institutions and enterprise customers.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the business strategy, product direction, market development, and revenue growth for onCourse.
• Define market focus, segments, value prop, growth model, and investment priorities.
• Set product vision and roadmap priorities in partnership with Technology.
• Lead customer discovery, design partner engagement, and product-market fit validation.
• Own revenue plan, GTM approach, pricing, pipeline strategy, and sales enablement.
• Develop executive relationships with universities, design partners, and strategic prospects.
• Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and predictive commercial performance.
• Lead an integrated team across sales, product, and marketing with partners across tech, content, AI, and operations.
• Align senior leaders around business case, market opportunity, and growth path.
