MeeDerby is seeking a Vice President of Talent Solutions in Dallas–Fort Worth. This hybrid role oversees technology staffing with a $35M P&L and leads an established sales and recruiting team to expand enterprise accounts and drive new business.

The role requires strategic, decisive leadership and a proven ability to scale teams while leveraging technology and AI to accelerate revenue and profitability in a fast‑growing environment.
